Position: Sales Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Amharic and English
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Customer service-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Present products or services to customers and explain benefits
- Meet company sales targets
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Prepare sales reports and update customer records
- Assist in negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services
- Attend meetings and events to represent the company and build business opportunities
