Position: Sales/Marketing Trainee

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for sales, marketing, and industrial products. As a Sales/Marketing Trainee, you will receive close mentorship from our management team and gain hands-on experience in Ethiopia’s fast-growing packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand QuaLabels’ product range and services
• Support sales and marketing activities, including client communications
• Assist in developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Prepare and send emails, proposals, and marketing materials
• Participate in on-the-job training sessions led by management
• Conduct basic market research in the packaging and printing sector

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing (preferred)
• Alternatively, some prior experience in packaging or B2B sales will be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Presentable, confident, and clear communicator
• Strong interest in industrial products and manufacturing processes
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
• Energetic, polite, and willing to learn under close guidance
