As part of its business expansion, the company is seeking motivated and results-oriented professionals to join its team as Sales Consultants.
Position: Sales Consultant
The Sales Consultant at Kavod Real Estate PLC is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s real estate projects, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in order to achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and manage potential clients and investors
• Promote and sell real estate properties and development projects
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain active client engagement
• Negotiate sales terms and successfully close transactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, monthly, and quarterly)
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal departments
