1. DevOps Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years coding experience
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker
- CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Scripting (Python, Ruby, Bash)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Splunk)
- Strong networking and security knowledge

2. Platform Delivery Support Specialist
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support
- Experience with web/mobile applications
- SQL and large data handling experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills

3. Specialist: Regional Technical Operations
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering (Telecom/Electrical preferred)
