Available Positions
1. Architect – Fintech Solutions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Working knowledge of telecom technical domains, including VAS, Charging, CRM, and Digital Financial Services.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale and complex IT or telecommunications customer solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
- Certification in Solution Architecture is an advantage.
- Cloud expertise or relevant certification is an added advantage.

2. Software Engineer – Fintech Operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of networking and system administration, particularly Unix/Linux.
- Software development skills in Java, Python, Angular JS, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations processes and Agile methodology.
- Scrum certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS or GCP are an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes is an added advantage.

3. Software Engineer – Fintech Digital Channels
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong experience with Kotlin and JavaScript frameworks such as Flutter.
- Experience developing and maintaining Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with MVVM/MVP architecture and Jetpack components.
- Knowledge of Jetpack Compose, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, and Room Database.
- Familiarity with Firebase services including Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Experience with APIs, Retrofit, and JSON parsing.
- Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM).
- Knowledge of dependency injection tools such as Hilt or Dagger.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
- Understanding of web security principles including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.
- Knowledge of Google Play Console and application release processes.
- Familiarity with App Store submission requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting application crashes and performance issues.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

4. Software Engineer – Fintech Integration
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- At least 1 year of coding experience outside a university environment.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JEE, Maven, and Spring Cloud.
- Knowledge of C# or Golang is an advantage.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and message queues.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, testing, and CI/CD automation tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Jenkins, JMeter, Git, Stash, SonarQube, or GitOps is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud services and serverless architecture.
- Experience building cloud-native solutions using Java.
- Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs and Swagger UI.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as SonarQube and JUnit.

5. Chief Customer Operations Officer (Chief COPs)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Engineering, Technology, Customer Experience, or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in customer operations, service delivery, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership across customer operations areas such as contact centers, retail services, digital care, back office, mobile financial services, or enterprise service management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation involving people, processes, technology, automation, and outsourced partners.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications and mobile financial services.
- Experience managing operating budgets, commercial contracts, vendors, workforce capacity, and service-performance commitments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, omnichannel service, workforce management, quality assurance, analytics, and automation.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills.

6. Corporate Account Manager – Direct Sales
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in service and/or customer management for major corporate clients.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of technology products and services.
- IT industry certifications such as ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, or CCNA are an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and local language skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under customer pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

7. Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in relevant modules.
- Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and modules.
- Experience with Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Advanced experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with role-based security, data roles, segregation of duties, and audit controls.
- Experience with data migration, environment management, release management, and production support.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, source control, automated testing, IT service management, and enterprise architecture governance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of project or program management experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in telecommunications rollout or technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience with telecom networks and power solutions.
- In-depth understanding of telecom power and network components.
- Knowledge of power and TI connection procedures, permits, and integration with telecommunications infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electrical safety codes for telecom site deployments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing engineers, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
