Position 1: Cyber Security Architect
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in network, endpoint, and cloud security (including hybrid environments).
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP-Security, CCIE Security, NSE4, or NSE6.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Cyber Security Architect
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
Required Certifications:
- One or more of the following: CISM, CISA, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, Azure Security Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNA, NSE-4, NSE-6.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven expertise in network, endpoint, and cloud security management.
- Advanced knowledge of system administration and operating system hardening.
- Experience with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- CISSP, CCNP-Security, CCIE Security, NSE4, or NSE6.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Specialist – Radio Access Network (RAN) Configuration & Support
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical area.
- A relevant technical certificate or 5+ years of hands-on experience in RAN configuration or network change management.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of senior-level experience in Radio Access Network Configuration and/or L2/L3 Support.
- Experience managing and leading technical teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Atoll, EMS, UME, MySQL, NetAct, Advanced Excel, Erlang-B.
- Strong understanding of the business implications of network outages and SLA impacts.
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
