Position 1: FinTech Planning Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an engineer in telecommunications or financial services
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment using tools such as Jenkins
- Knowledge of mobile money platforms, system integrations, or financial systems
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking and system administration (Unix/Linux)
- Software development skills in Java, Python, AngularJS, and related technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations and Agile methodology
- Scrum certification is an added advantage
- Proficiency in database management
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Certification in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes
Position 2: Fleet Coordinator
Location: Addis Ababa
Core Competencies & Experience:
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle safety, and transport compliance
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Effective communication with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting skills
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management approach
- 3–5 years’ experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or transport operations
- Experience in a corporate or multi-site environment is an advantage
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
Position 3: DevOps Engineer
Location: Addis Ababa
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Kubernetes
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in a DevOps role
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripting
- Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and related tools
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes management tools
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Strong interpersonal and cross-team collaboration skills
Position 4: Network Performance Management Reporting and Analysis Expert
Location: Addis Ababa
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in network performance management, analysis, planning, or engineering
- Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, or consulting firms
- Strong knowledge of Incident and Problem Management processes
