Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in any Social Science field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Store Keeper
Qualifications & Experience:
- MA or BA Degree in Supplies Management or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Experience in the real estate sector is an added advantage
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: General Service and Transportation Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management or related field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Motorist
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as a Motorist
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Data Collector
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction with 1 year relevant experience
OR - Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Construction with 4 years relevant experience
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 6: Marketing Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
Required Skills:
- Marketing strategy and campaign management
- Market research and trend analysis
- Digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
- Data analysis and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
