POSITION SUMMARY
The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for identifying leads, assisting clients in property transactions, and ensuring smooth sales processes from start to finish. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, rental contracts, and closing terms.
- Prepare and maintain accurate property listings with up-to-date details and photos.
- Research market trends, property values, and comparable listings to advise clients.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements, documentation, and real estate regulations.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a real estate sales professional.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Addis Ababa property market is an advantage.
