JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
QuaLabels Manufacturers PLC, is the first packaging company of its kind in our country based surrounding Addis Ababa in Sheger City Lege Tafo. Therefore, we are looking to hire as per in the Job Specification below.
Position: Engineers Operator and Laboratory Technicians
Education: – B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical and Applied chemistry or industrial chemistry
Experience: – 0-2 years or more with printing industry experience
Qty: – 5 Electrical Engineering graduates.
5 Mechanical Engineering graduates.
1-2 Chemical Engineering graduates.
Skills: – Fluency in English Communication and Experience in analytical testing laboratory is an advantage, manual reading and understanding
Engineer Operators and Junior Laboratory Technician is required to meet standards of all machines, Quality and Materials as well as the process to maximize customers satisfaction by the providing quality products and services.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES for Engineer Operators
- Support operators when need be on some technical issues.
- To carry out the preventive and breakdown maintenance of all utilities.
- Provide operation and maintenance multiskilling leadership
- Ready to work extra hours when the company may require his roles.
- May be required to show cohesive on his duties without bias so that they can improve together as a team.
- Needs to be well acquitted with company polies and regulations and guide others.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES for Laboratory Technicians
- Perform visual inspection of incoming materials with collaboration of store staff
- Assist lab technician on routing tests such as Gramm age test, paper thickness test, strength, visual surface checks etc. in the laboratory for incoming materials.
- Check the storage condition of materials (materials with same character have to be stored at some place)
