Position: QMS & SMS Officer
Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join its team as a Quality Management System (QMS) & Safety Management System (SMS) Officer.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Option 1: BSc degree in Food Science, Biology, or related fields from a recognized university with minimum 2 years of experience in food services, food quality assurance, or cook capacity with HACCP standards.
- Option 2: College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate (old/new curriculum) in Food Preparation, Foreign Dish Cooking, Ethiopian Cultural Food Preparation, Confectionery, Baking and Pastry Making, Hotel Operations, or related fields from a recognized TVET/College/University with minimum 4 years relevant experience in food services or quality assurance with HACCP standards.
Additional Requirement:
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years
- Applicants must bring their 8th grade certificate or birth certificate and 1 passport-size photo when applying
