JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Junior Bakery School Admin and Finance Officer & English Instructor
Qualifications
➠ Bachelor’s degree in education, English, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
➠ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
➠ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➠ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
➠ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
➠ Knowledge of educational regulations and financial compliance.
➠ Creative and innovative teaching methods.
Working Conditions
➠ Half Day Working Hours with a split schedule between administrative/financial duties and teaching.
Key Responsibilities
➠ Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including student admissions, record-keeping, and correspondence.
➠ Support financial Works, including budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
➠ Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
➠ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for school supplies and equipment.
➠ Assist in organizing school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
➠ Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
Teaching Duties
➠ Plan and deliver engaging English lessons, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.
➠ Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the diverse needs of students.
➠ Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
➠ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
➠ Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
