Open Position
1. Junior Software Support Developer (Entry Level)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- CGPA 3.0 & above, Exit Exam pass mark required
- Graduates of 2024/2025 (no experience required)
- Exposure to Python and Android technology is an advantage
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in feasibility studies, software development, coding, testing, and commissioning
- Maintain and upgrade existing software
- Troubleshoot minor bugs and support escalated cases within SLAs
- Prepare reports and assist in training material preparation
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Training Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience for Officer I OR 4 years for Officer II
- Relevant certifications are advantageous
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct skills gap analyses and develop responsive training programs
- Design, upgrade, and facilitate training/consultancy workshops
- Draft and review contracts, tenders, and project documents
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
- Support marketing and promotion of training services
Location: Addis Ababa
3. Senior Software Developer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development and coding
- Strong knowledge in C++, JavaScript, Python, PHP, SQL, and Android technology
- Real-world experience in web-based application development and deployment
- Relevant certification is advantageous
