PEACE Microfinance Share Company (S.C) was established in November 1999 G.C under the Microfinance Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and its amendment No. 1164/2019. The institution currently operates through 32 branches across Ethiopia, all connected to the Head Office via a core banking system.
PEACE Microfinance plays a vital role in expanding access to financial services for rural farmers, small-scale entrepreneurs, and women clients. Through technology-driven financial inclusion and partnerships with Ethio Telecom, the institution continues to promote socio-economic empowerment across the country.
Position 1: IT Auditor I
Educational Qualification:
- BA/BSc Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in IT auditing, accounting, information security, or related professional roles.
Skills Required:
- Strong infrastructure management and database administration capabilities.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and IT audit processes.
Job Grade: IX
Basic Salary: 24,028 ETB per month
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: IT Department Manager
Educational Qualification:
- BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
- 10 years (for BSc holders) or 9 years (for MSc holders) of relevant work experience,
of which 4 years must be in a senior professional position.
Skills Required:
- Strong background in infrastructure management, database management systems, and core banking systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to oversee IT operations, security, and systems implementation.
Job Grade: XVI/0
Basic Salary: 78,251 ETB per month
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
