Position: Payment Collector
Are you detail-oriented, trustworthy, and great with people? Fama is looking for a Payment Collector to ensure timely, accurate, and secure collection of client payments. You will serve as the financial bridge between our company and customers while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients at designated locations to collect payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and submit daily reports
- Ensure payments are collected securely and deposited correctly
- Identify and escalate any payment discrepancies or issues
- Represent the company with courtesy, reliability, and a professional image
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all financial data
- Report to the finance department with timely updates
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s in Finance or related field is a plus)
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, or finance preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly
- Familiarity with basic computer tools for data entry and reporting
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism at all times
- Knowledge of financial processes and regulations is a plus

- Professional attire (shirt, trousers/skirt, closed-toe shoes) required
- Must be well-groomed and wear company ID badge during work
- Maintain a respectful and ethical approach during all interactions
- Avoid excessive accessories or unprofessional appearance
