Vacant Positions and Requirements
1. Store Keeper
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Level IV in Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience:
• 2 years (Bachelor’s Degree holders)
• 4 years (Level IV holders)
Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries is preferred
Required Skills: Communication, attention to detail, supply chain management, procurement
Number Required: 6
Duty Station: Project Sites (Addis Ababa)
2. Senior Accountant
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
Experience: Minimum of 6 years, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries
Number Required: 4
Duty Station: Head Office
3. Senior Site Engineer
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering / COTM or related fields
Experience: Minimum 6 years overall experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience
Salary: Negotiable and Attractive
Duty Station: Addis Ababa and out-of-Addis Ababa Projects
4. Senior Office Engineer
Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering / COTM or related fields
Experience: Minimum 6 years overall experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience

5. Cost and Budget Division Head
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years overall experience
• At least 4 years relevant experience
Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries is preferred

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
6. Project Finance Head
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Level IV in Accounting & Finance or related fields
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years overall experience
• At least 3 years relevant experience
Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing industries is preferred

7. Project HR and General Service Head
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, or related fields
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years overall experience
• At least 3 years relevant HR experience, preferably in construction
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills
