Position: Motorist
Role Summary
The Motorist will be responsible for safe and efficient driving duties for the company’s operations. This includes transporting staff, delivering documents, and supporting logistical tasks at the Oromia Insurance Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport employees, documents, and goods as assigned
- Ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and readiness at all times
- Maintain accurate vehicle logs and fuel records
- Comply with traffic rules and company policies
- Provide general support for administrative errands when needed
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Education
- Completion of 8th Grade
- Possession of a valid motor driving license
Minimum Experience
- At least 1 year of professional driving experience
Additional Competencies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Fluency in English and at least one local language
- Basic computer proficiency is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
