The bank is inviting qualified 2026 fresh graduates to apply for the position of Associate Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer.

Educational Qualification
Applicants must have a BA Degree in one of the following fields:

This position is specifically open to fresh graduates.
Additional Requirements
GPA Requirement
- Male applicants: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50
- Female applicants: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
Graduation Year
- Only graduates of 2026 are eligible.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be below 30 years of age (inclusive), as stated in the announcement.
Work Locations & Language Requirements
Applicants may be assigned to branches under the District Office for which they apply.
1. Oromia Region – East & West Hararghe Zones
Applicants must be proficient in:
- Afaan Oromo
- Amharic
- English
2. Dire Dawa City Administration
Applicants must be proficient in:
- Amharic
- Af-Somali
- English
3. Harari Region
- Amharic is mandatory.
- English and other locally spoken languages are advantageous.
4. Somali Region
Applicants must be proficient in:
