What is the Enterprising Futures Scholarship?
This initiative is designed to empower young entrepreneurs committed to addressing critical global issues, particularly youth unemployment and social exclusion. As part of the program, you’ll:

- Participate in activities such as ecosystem mapping and advisory events organized by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Who is Eligible?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be 18-35 years old by November 2025.
- Hold nationality and residency in one of the eligible countries, including Algeria, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Uganda, and others (refer to the full list below).
- Be actively involved in initiatives focused on youth employment and job creation, either as entrepreneurs or in related roles.
- Have a working knowledge of English to fully engage in Summit discussions and activities.
- Be available to participate from 2-7 November 2025.
Eligible applicants also include refugees residing in the listed countries.
Eligible Countries
- Africa: Algeria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mali, Morocco, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia, and Uganda.
- Middle East: Iraq (including Kurdistan), Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestinian Territories.
