Educational Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Secretarial Science
- Related fields
OR
- Be currently enrolled in one of the above fields of study.
Experience Requirements
- No prior work experience is required.
- Internship experience or previous office exposure is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist management and staff with daily administrative activities
- Support document preparation, filing, and internal communication
- Help maintain smooth office operations
Office Coordination
- Assist in organizing office activities
- Monitor office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Document & Record Management
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and office documents
- Ensure proper filing and documentation procedures
Scheduling & Meeting Support
- Assist with meeting scheduling and calendar management
- Prepare meeting materials and documentation
- Support coordination of internal meetings
Communication Handling
- Answer phone calls professionally
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
HR & Finance Support
- Assist with employee file organization
- Support attendance tracking and record keeping
- Perform basic data entry tasks
- Prepare administrative documents for HR and Finance departments
Travel & Logistics Assistance
- Support travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with office deliveries and errands
- Help coordinate events and logistical activities
Policy & Process Support
- Learn and follow company procedures
- Support implementation of administrative processes and systems
