Position: Intern – Peacebuilding Internship NCA Ethiopia is seeking a passionate and highly motivated intern to support its Peacebuilding Program, particularly under a new NORAD-funded initiative. This is a unique opportunity to gain field-level experience in NGO program coordination, reporting, and grassroots peacebuilding efforts.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

• Recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025)
• BA degree in Peace Building, Sociology, Anthropology, or Geography
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Must have passed the university exit exam (provide proof)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language:

• Fluency in Amharic and English required
• Knowledge of other local Ethiopian languages is a plus
