Available Positions
Position 1: Internal Control Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields
- 3 years of banking work experience
- At least 2 years as Jr. Branch Controller, CSO, Jr. CRO, or equivalent core banking position
Place of Work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (Under Jimma District)
Position 2: Banking Business Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields
- 3 years of banking experience
- 1 year as BBO (CSO) / Associate Branch Controller OR
- 3 years as Jr. Branch Controller, Jr. CRO, or equivalent position
Place of Work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (Under Jimma District)
Position 3: Branch Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields
- 5–7 years of banking experience
- At least 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent
Place of Work: Newly to be Opened Mosho Branch (Under Jimma District)
Position 4: Senior Hardware and Software Support Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years as Hardware and Software Support Officer or equivalent
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
