Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on May 26, 1999, under license no. LBB/007/99, in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and Banking Business Proclamation No. 84/1994.
The Bank began operations on October 28, 1999, with an initial paid-up capital of ETB 27.6 million, an authorized capital of ETB 150 million, and 717 shareholders. With only 27 employees at its founding, NIB entered the market as Ethiopia’s sixth private bank, and today stands as one of the country’s most established and trusted financial institutions.
Available Positions
Position 1: Associate Succession & Performance Management Officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4/6 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years as a Succession and Performance Management Officer or in an equivalent role.
- Alternatively, 3 years of relevant work experience with 2 years as a Junior Succession and Performance Management Officer or in an equivalent position.
Place of Work: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank Scale and attractive fringe benefits.
Position 2: Succession & Performance Management Officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, of which 2 years must be as an Associate Succession and Performance Management Officer or in an equivalent position.
Place of Work: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank Scale and attractive fringe benefits.
Position 3: Senior Succession & Performance Management Officer
Qualification:
- MA or BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration/Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4 years (MA) / 6 years (BA) of relevant work experience, with 2 years in a Succession and Performance Management Officer role or an equivalent position.
Place of Work: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the Bank Scale and attractive fringe benefits.
