Nib International Bank S.C. (NIB) was established on May 26, 1999, under license no. LBB/007/99, in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Banking Business Proclamation No. 84/1994.
With an initial paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million, contributed by 717 shareholders, the bank officially commenced operations on October 28, 1999, with just 27 employees.

Available Positions
1. Manager, District Operations – Dire Dawa District
Education: M.A./B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 8/10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years as Branch Manager III or equivalent.
2. Branch Manager III – Branches under Hosanna District
Education: M.A./B.A. Degree in the above-listed fields.
Experience: 7/9 years of banking experience, with 2 years as Branch Manager II or 3 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent.
3. Branch Manager II – Branches under Hosanna District
Experience: 6/8 years in banking, with 2 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent.
4. Branch Manager I – Branches under Hosanna District
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
5. Branch Manager II – Branches under East, West, South, and North Addis Ababa Districts
Experience: 6/8 years in banking, with 2 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent.
6. Branch Manager I – Branches under East, West, South, and North Addis Ababa Districts
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years as Business Manager, Operation Manager, or Customer Service Manager.
7. Branch Manager I – Branches under Mekelle District
Branches: Hawelti, Lochi, Alula Aba Nega, Adwa, Edaga Hamus, Kesate
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years in management or customer service leadership roles.
8. Branch Manager II – Branches under Hawassa District
Experience: 6/8 years in banking, with 2 years as Branch Manager I or equivalent.
9. Branch Manager I – Branches under Hawassa District
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years in operational or customer service management.
10. Branch Manager I – Jimma District
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years in management or customer service positions.
11. Branch Manager I – Dire Dawa District
Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with 2 years in management or customer service leadership roles.
12. Senior Auto Mechanic – Head Office
Education: B.A. Degree or Diploma in Auto Mechanics, Engine Service Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 6 years (Degree) or 4 years (Diploma) of relevant experience in Auto Mechanics or equivalent roles.
