Open Positions & Requirements
1. Principal Project Control & Quality Assurance
Educational Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Or MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
Work Experience:
- 5 years (with MA/MSc) or 7 years (with BA/BSc) of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Project Control & Quality Assurance professional
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
2. Principal Project Business Analyst (Two Listings)
Educational Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Or MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Work Experience (First Listing):
- 5 years (with MA/MSc) or 7 years (with BA/BSc) of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Senior Project Business Analyst
Work Experience (Second Listing):
- 8 years (with MA/MSc) or 10 years (with BA/BSc) of relevant banking experience
- At least 3 years in Expert, Principal, Supervisory, or equivalent roles focused on business analysis
