Position 1: Executive Secretary (Administrative Assistant)
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education:
- BA in Administrative Science or related fields
OR - Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related disciplines
Experience:
- 1 year for BA degree holders
- 4 years for Diploma holders (2 years at Secretary II level)
Position 2: Customer Complaint Handling Officer II
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant customer service or complaint handling role
Position 3: Research and Product Development Officer II
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years as Research and Product Development Officer I or equivalent
Position 4: Human Resource Officer II
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years as HR Officer I or similar HR role
Position 5: Royal Branch Manager
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 9 years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year as Branch Manager IV or 2 years as Branch Manager III
Position 6: Branch Manager V
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Banking & Insurance, Management, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience:
- 9 years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year in Branch Manager IV or 2 years in Branch Manager III position
Position 7: Assistant Finance and Investment Department Manager
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 9 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years in a managerial position in finance or investment operations
