About the Company
Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established on May 2, 2002, by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of Birr 50 million and a paid-up capital of Birr 14 million. The company started operations with four branches in Addis Ababa and fewer than 50 employees.
Today, NIC has grown significantly, with paid-up capital reaching Birr 250 million and more than 1,014 shareholders. The company provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance services and continues to expand its presence in Ethiopia’s insurance sector.

Qualifications
