New Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC) is a growing, multidisciplinary healthcare institution in Ethiopia committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
Established in 2021 as a specialized fertility center, NLMC expanded into a full-service medical complex in 2026, providing integrated healthcare services supported by advanced medical technology and skilled professionals.

Position 1: Part-Time Healthcare Professionals
Available Specializations
- AICU/ICU Nurse
- Operating Room (OR) Nurse

- Anaesthetist – MSc
Educational Qualifications
- Nursing positions: BSc or MSc Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Anaesthetist: MSc Degree in Anaesthesia.
- A valid professional licence or registration in the relevant discipline is required.
Work Experience
- Nursing positions: 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, medical centre, or specialized healthcare facility.
- Anaesthetist: Relevant hospital-based anaesthesia experience is required; a specific minimum number of years is not stated.
- Direct experience in the relevant clinical specialty is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Patient assessment, monitoring, and clinical documentation.
- Infection prevention, patient safety, and professional clinical care.

Position 2: Paediatric Nurse
Educational Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Nursing.
- Valid professional nursing licence.
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant hospital experience, preferably in a paediatric ward or specialized paediatric facility.
- Direct experience caring for infants and children is strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Paediatric patient assessment and monitoring.
- Safe medication administration and child-centred nursing care.
- Effective communication with parents and caregivers.
- Infection prevention, clinical documentation, and patient safety.
- Paediatric nursing training or a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- ACLS training is desirable.

- Competence in intensive care nursing and emergency response.
- Knowledge of ventilatory support and critical-care procedures.
