Available Positions
1. Junior Architect
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 0 years of experience (fresh graduates may apply).
- Practicing professional Architect (PPAR) license required (issued by Ethiopian Authority Having Jurisdiction).
- City/Regional design license is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to deadlines and excellence in planning.
Location: Head Office
2. Site Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage clients and internal teams effectively.

3. Senior Architect
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture with 4 years’ experience, or Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience.
- Must have successfully completed at least 5 projects within budget and schedule.
- PPAR practicing license (mandatory), City/Regional license is advantageous.
- Strong skills in planning, coordination, negotiation, and coaching.
- Solid understanding of architectural design with basic knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
