MK Digital Security Solutions PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Network & System Administrator to support and manage its IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient network and system environments while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a BSc degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Information Systems
- Other related fields
Professional Certifications
The following certifications are preferred:
- CompTIA Certification
- Cisco CCNA Certification
- Linux Certification
- Microsoft Certification
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Network Administration and/or System Administration.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Network & System Administrator will be responsible for:
- Installing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring network infrastructure, servers, and system services.
- Administering Windows and Linux server environments.
- Managing LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring maximum uptime and availability.
- Implementing and enforcing cybersecurity policies, controls, and best practices.
- Managing user accounts, Active Directory, permissions, and access controls.
- Performing system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Troubleshooting network and system issues and providing technical support.
- Conducting security monitoring and responding to security incidents.
- Maintaining network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Ensuring timely installation of software updates, patches, and antivirus solutions.
- Supporting CCTV, access control, and other security-related IT systems when required.
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and network security.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and backup solutions.
- Experience with firewall management and cybersecurity controls.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good analytical and technical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
