Junior Card Production Machine Operator
Educational Requirements
Applicants must have a TVET Level III–IV qualification in one of the following fields:
- Manufacturing Technology
- Mechatronics
- General Mechanics
- Electrical and Electronics
- Industrial Machine Drive
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Technology
- Other related technical fields
Work Experience
- No previous work experience is required.
- Fresh graduates who meet the educational and other requirements are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Card Production Machine Operator will support the card manufacturing process under supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving input materials from the preceding production stage.
- Preparing, cleaning, and loading materials for machine operation.
- Assisting machine operators during production activities.
- Operating production equipment under supervision.
- Inspecting semi-finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Coordinating with Quality Control and Maintenance teams during production.
- Transferring accepted products to the next stage of production.
- Recording production activities and preparing daily production reports.
- Maintaining machine cleanliness and following routine housekeeping procedures.
- Participating in training, job rotation, and skills development programs.
- Following company safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Performing other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

- Basic machine operation knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and production procedures.
- Discipline, hard work, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Additional Requirements
Applicants should also meet the following conditions:
- Be in good physical health.
- Have good eyesight, with no visual impairment that affects machine operation.
- Be willing to work shifts and comply with factory operational requirements.
SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
- Salary: As per the company salary scale.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
