Available Positions
1. Salesperson
- Qualification: Level IV in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience (experience in food/biscuit manufacturing preferred).
- Key Duties:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.
2. Marketing Research and Sales Coordinator
- Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years relevant experience in food/biscuit manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Key Duties:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Support sales teams with forecasts, account analyses, and product information.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with sales staff to align with marketing goals.
3. Electrician
- Qualification: Level IV/III in Industrial Electricity or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of factory experience.
- Key Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems.
- Diagnose electrical problems and develop repair solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate service and maintenance reports.
4. Mechanic
- Qualification: Level IV/III in General Metal Fabrication and Assembly or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of factory experience.
- Key Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
- Assist with installation and setup of new machines.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance, and spare parts used.
