POSITION 1: Junior Planning Officer
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience:
- 0–2 years in production planning, manufacturing, or operations
- Internship or academic project experience is a plus
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or planning software is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Eagerness to learn lean manufacturing principles
Location: Addis Ababa
POSITION 2: Junior Quality Officer
Education Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related field
Experience:
- 0–2 years in quality control or related roles
- Internship or academic quality assurance projects are a plus
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods
- Proficient in using basic measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges)
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Office Suite)
- Team player and eager to maintain high-quality standards
