Position 1: Greenhouse Supervisor – Fresh Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise greenhouse operations and plant care activities
- Support training of greenhouse staff on plant handling practices
- Ensure optimal greenhouse conditions for plant growth
- Maintain accurate records of plant growth and production activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BSc degree in Horticulture, Floriculture, Plant Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of plant care and greenhouse practices
- No prior experience required – on-the-job training provided
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in greenhouse/field conditions
Preferred Qualities
- Energetic, responsible, and eager to learn
- Ability to supervise workers respectfully
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
