Available Positions
Position 1: Real Estate Sales Professional
Number Required: 5
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience & Skills:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM systems, real estate software, and property databases
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Procurement Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction procurement and contract management
- Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and market analysis
- Knowledge of procurement laws and standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage procurement activities within project timelines
- Proficiency in procurement systems and general IT tools
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Accountant
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an added advantage
Experience:
- 2–5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws
Skills & Competencies:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Health and Safety Engineer
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Fluency in English language
Required Skills:
- Ability to identify workplace hazards and implement control measures
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Ability to design and deliver HSE training programs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail to ensure compliance
