JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Sales Supervisor
➠ Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
➠ Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
➠ Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
➠ Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Position 2: SITE ENGINEER
➠ Education : BSC. Civil Engineering.
➠ Experience : Above 5 years of a Site engineer or related fields.
Position 3: BUDGETING AND COST CONTROL ENGINEER
➠ Education : BSC. Civil Engineering. , Construction Technology and Management(COTM)
➠ Experience : 8 years in Budgeting and Cost Control or 5 years in Construction Budgeting and Cost Control.
Position 4: SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER
➠ Education : BSC. Civil Engineering. , Construction Technology and Management(COTM).
➠ Experience : 10 years in supply chain, procurement, and logistics or 7 years in Construction and engineering Procurement.
➠ Location : Addis Ababa
