Medical Teams International (MTI) is an international humanitarian organization providing medical and dental care in 32 countries. Founded in 1979, the organization responds to disasters by mobilizing volunteer medical professionals and medical supplies while also working with partners on long-term health promotion initiatives.

Assosa, Ethiopia
Education & Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (Accounting), Logistics and Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or another related social science field from a recognized higher education institution.
- Fresh graduates only.
- Only female graduates of 2017 or 2018 E.C. are eligible.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of non-profit accounting.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and voucher payment coordination.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and computerized accounting software such as Sage, Unit4, or similar systems is desirable.
Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with other Microsoft programs, including Teams.
- Ability to explain financial procedures clearly to non-finance staff.
- Ability to maintain payroll data for monthly payments.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
