Médecins du Monde (MdM), also known as Doctors of the World, is an international humanitarian organization founded in 1980 that works to provide access to healthcare for vulnerable populations worldwide. The organization operates in more than 40 countries, including Ethiopia, supporting communities affected by crises, poverty, and limited access to essential health services.
MdM France is seeking a motivated, disciplined, and responsible female intern to support the Human Resources Department and gain practical experience in administrative and HR functions.
Position: Administrative/HR Intern
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Management
- Business Administration
- Human Resource Management
- Law
- Other related Social Science fields
Experience Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Previous internship experience or involvement in administrative activities is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities & Support Areas
The intern will support the Human Resources Department with:
- Administrative and organizational support activities.
- Office documentation and filing.
- Maintaining confidentiality of HR-related information.
- Supporting daily HR and administrative tasks.
- Assisting with coordination and communication activities.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Basic knowledge of office administration and organizational support functions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
Technical Skills
- Basic computer skills, including:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Language Requirement
- Fluency in English and Amharic is required.
