Position: Graduate Engineer (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)
MCG Construction PLC is recruiting 100 motivated and academically strong graduates who are ready to begin their professional careers in the construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical field experience on major infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in one of the following fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Technology and Management (COTM)
- Mechanical Engineering
- Related engineering disciplines
Experience:
- Zero years of work experience required
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in Amharic, English, or Afan Oromo
Work Location
Selected candidates will be assigned to project sites in different locations across Ethiopia.
