1. Management Assistant
Work Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Service Management
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage confidential documents and support executive-level management
2. Branch Manager Grade – I
Work Locations:
- Kebri Dahar Branch (Dire Dawa District)
- Melka Bedassa Branch (Hawassa District)
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related business field
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in branch operations, team leadership, and customer service
- Strong understanding of risk management and branch profitability metrics
