Junior QHSE Officer
Educational Requirements
Applicants should have a BSc degree in:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Environmental Health
- Environmental Science
- Environmental Engineering
- Or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and internship experience is an advantage.
Required Skills
Technical:
- Basic knowledge of relevant ISO standards
- Risk assessment and incident investigation
- Training and facilitation skills
- Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Main Responsibilities
The Junior QHSE Officer will support:
- Implementation and monitoring of the company’s QHSE Management System
- Compliance with Ethiopian regulations, company policies and customer requirements
- Risk assessment and incident reporting
- Continuous improvement of QHSE practices
- Transport vendor HSE compliance
- Insurance administration
- Claims management
- Promotion of a strong safety culture
