Open Positions & Qualifications
Position 1: Office Administrator II / Secretary
Qualifications:
- Diploma or BA degree in Administrative Services Management, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a BA degree, or 4 years with a Diploma.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Assistant Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in insurance operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Other Skills:
- Computer literate and familiar with insurance operations.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager I
Qualifications:
- BA/BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in insurance operations, including 2 years in a supervisory or senior position.
Other Skills:
- Proficient in relevant computer systems and reporting tools.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
