About Lovegrass Agro-Processing Plc
Lovegrass Agro-Processing Plc is a rapidly growing FMCG company specializing in the production and distribution of healthy food products in Ethiopia. As part of our vision to nurture the next generation of leaders and professionals, we are pleased to launch the Graduate Trainees Program 2024–2025.
This program is designed to develop ambitious graduates through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and exposure to both head office and factory operations.
Position: Graduate Trainees Program (2024–2025 Graduates)
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BSc Degree in a relevant field with a CGPA above 3.00.
- Exit Exam Score: Above 60%.
- Age: 20–25 years.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic (mandatory).
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP Systems, IFRS, Graphics, Social Media & Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for learning, adaptability, and professional growth.
Eligible Fields of Study
Graduates of Addis Ababa University (AAU) from the following faculties may apply:
- Business & Economics (Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Marketing, Leadership, etc.)
- Engineering & Architecture
- Medicine & Health Sciences
- Information Technology (IT)
- Commercial, Sales & Marketing
- Customer Service, Administration & Operations
