JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: IT Coordinator
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2- 5 years preferably on NGO.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software applications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with system administration, including Windows/Linux servers, cloud services, and database management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support non-technical staff.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Communication Officer
- Education: BA Degree in Communication, Journalism and other related
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Engage in development and execution of strategies in terms of communication aligning with organizational objective
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively across various formats (e.g., press releases, reports, social media posts)
- Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite or other tools), and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to be able to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentable
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality, professional work.
- Strong understanding and proficiency of social media platforms, website management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
