JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Driver Registration Agent
Qualifications
➠ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
➠ Comfortable with fieldwork and using mobile devices for data collection and registration.
➠ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
➠ Previous experience with outdoor sales is preferable.
Compensation
➠ This position operates on a commission basis, earning 100 Birr per driver successfully registered.
Responsibilities
➠ Register new drivers for our platform by engaging with them on the streets.
➠ Collect all necessary documentation and upload it to the platform.
➠ Assist drivers in downloading and logging into the driver app, ensuring they can access and use the app successfully.
➠ Guide drivers throughout the registration process.
➠ Maintain accurate records of all registered drivers and their documents online.
➠ Follow up with potential drivers to encourage registration and address any inquiries.
➠ Collaborate with the Supervisor to improve the registration process and driver experience.
