Position 1: Legal Advisor & Program Review
Are you a legal professional passionate about content review and compliance in media? This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced broadcasting powerhouse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on broadcasting regulations, licensing, and contracts
- Review TV programs and advertisements for compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and legal audits
- Advise production teams on IP and content issues
- Draft reports and communicate with regulators and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience
- Proficient in legal research & analytical thinking
- Strong communication (written & verbal) skills
- Fluent in Amharic and English
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer and reporting skills
Position 2: Human Resource & Recruitment Management

Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluation systems
- Maintain HR records and support organizational development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and EBS HR policies
- Collaborate with management on culture and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Strong report-writing, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
