Komari Beverage PLC is a young start-up drinks manufacturer established in March 2018 in Addis Ababa. The company produces lightly sweet, fruit-flavored cocktails with zero sugar and carbohydrates (5% ABV) in apple, lime, and pineapple flavors. Komari aims to introduce innovative beverage options to the East African market, focusing on high-quality products for all occasions.
Position: Area Sales Representative (ASR)
Educational Qualification:
- BA or BSc degree or higher
Experience:
- 1–3 years in sales or related professions
Skills and Attributes:
- Good analytical and result-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial and team-oriented
- Strong interpersonal communication and report writing skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive
- Basic Microsoft Office and email skills
Purpose of the Role:
- Act as a link between the company and outlets, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, market trends, and competitor practices
- Generate orders, maintain standards, and identify growth opportunities to drive sales volumes and market share
- Follow up on distributor-outlet relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Implement promotions in coordination with the trade marketing team and track trade assets
