Position: Call Center Agent
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: BA Degree in Communication, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- GPA: Above 3.00.
- Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in Amharic and English (other local & international languages are advantageous).
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Assistance: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Issue Resolution: Track shipments, resolve delivery-related issues, and provide solutions.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Stay updated on services and provide accurate information.
- Quality & Performance: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to improve customer support processes.
