Position 1: Junior Machine Operator (Fresh Graduates Encouraged)
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in machine operation or manufacturing environments
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of machine operations and production processes
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts when required
Position 2: Sales Representative (Geely Vehicles, Eka Buses, Trucks & Three Wheelers)
Educational Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, MBA, or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in automotive or high-value product sales
- Experience in dealership, fleet, corporate, or institutional sales is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and sales processes
- Ability to explain technical vehicle features to customers
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Position 3: Senior Performance and Learning Expert (Urgent)
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or Development Management
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience analyzing performance data and reports
- Strong training and coaching abilities
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel)
- Strong time management skills
Position 4: Property Administration Manager
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property Administration, Management, Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering (advantageous)
Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant professional experience
Required Skills
- Asset and facility management expertise
- Technical knowledge of mechanical systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Vendor management and reporting experience
