Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is a well-established manufacturing company located in Addis Ababa’s Akaki Kality Industrial Zone.
The company began as a small automotive parts dealership in the late 1960s and has since evolved into one of Ethiopia’s leading producers of high-quality paints, coatings, and adhesives. Position 1: Executive 1 – HR
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Executive 2 – Human Resources
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior work experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Senior Accountant
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field from a recognized university.
- Additional education or certification in finance or administration is an advantage.
- More than 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills.
